feel a sensation, and sense a feeling

How come the act of feeling something is considered more physical than sensing it, yet sensations are perceived to be more tangible than feelings?

    I guess it’s all got to do with how you define both “feeling” and “sensation”.

    Sure; I was trying to challenge the most common connotations associated with those terms. Hence the usage of “considered” and “perceived.”
