About me

Methinks I was born to cook. And I guess I learn by doing. So, every so often, I put something together, and post it up here. Some recipes call for raw presentations, and some require stewing. Some other times, I boil things tasteless (please ignore those ones.)

I grew up in Egypt, and currently live in Canada, so expect both flavours to permeate the cooking. Also expect my interest in the interplay between science, religion, and philosophy to come through.

Stir-fry, you know, as in pretty much anything goes into the mix. At any rate, try a bite, and if you like, please come again.

Please Do(s) and Don't(s)

If you don't like broccoli, or zucchini, skip them! Move them to the side, and get on with the rest of your plate, (or excuse yourself and leave.)

I would not be offended if you decide to add more spices to the bowl, but please don't spoil the meal for everyone.

Criticize people's cooking; don't criticize people.
